Yes. I am absolutely serious. Renaissance Woman Condoleeza Rice is now a sports blogger, writing about the Masters for The Daily Beast.
The Daily Beast is a news and blog source with a conservative slant. Recently, the Daily Beast gave Meghan McCain, the fiesty pint-sized daughter of presidential hopeful Jon McCain, a column on the site as well.
As a Stanford grad and someone who definitely respects power, it is no surprise that Condi is a fan of Tiger, and like most golf writers, fans, and bloggers the majority of her column focuses on him. We do find out however, that she is a fan of Fuzzy Zoeller. Now this is especially humorous when you consider Fuzzy’s racist comments and the controversy surrounding them after Tiger made history at the 1997 Masters.
I guess Condi is a recent golf fan.
