Since the NBA playoffs ended we’ve been in somewhat of a sports lull. Until football starts, there just isn’t a whole lot going on in the sports world. My recommendation: Instead of anxiously waiting for any little nugget of interesting sports news, check out these websites instead. You might have heard of some of these, or all of them. Let me know what I should add.
1) Don’t even reply– One of the funniest websites out there, where a guy responds to classifieds in an interesting and hilarious fashion. Makes me laugh out loud every time.
2) Snacks and Shit — Hilarious use of rap lyrics.
3) Look at this fucking hipster — One of my favorites for digital people watching
4) Kissing Suzy Kolber – Funniest sports blog out there. Fantasy football mailbag is the best installment on any blog, period.
5) Drinktown — Find drink specials by day of the week and zip code. Genius.
6) Hayley’s Tumblog — Best tumblog out there, from my co-worker, Hayley.
7) Moof — Best site for creating free music playlists online. They have every song you could ever think of, even those obscure remixes.
Sologig — Everyone has marketable skills. Do some freelance! Great listings here. Besides, if you’re not watching sports, at least try and make some money? Maybe?
